    Amazing shoes

    Amazing shoes. I did lots or research prior to deciding to buy these and I have no regrets. After having them a week I bought 5 more pairs. Definitely recommend.

    Best shoes ever

    These shoes are amazing right out of the box no break in period! I have heel spurs and plantar fasciitis and these have helped tremendously. Totally recommend them and already ordered another pair

    The best sneakers ever

    I am so thankful I found these sneakers. I have been having a lot of pain and burning in my feet. I was just diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and these sneakers are the only thing I can wear. I’m sending 2 pairs to Ireland. I have bought 4 pairs

      Very WIDE feet friendly

      I have mixed feelings about this shoe. I’ll say it was my first purchase from the brand, or even this style of shoe, and I ordered two pairs. I like that they look more like a traditional shoe than a sock type upper but wow is it a WIDE toe box. Like duck feet wide. They look a little clunky and make me feel frumpy. Lengthwise they are fine.

      I’m normally a leather sneaker wearer and I like to keep my shoes pristinely clean. If they are white, I want them to blind you in the sun so the fact that these get dirt marks SO easily is almost a deal breaker for me. I sprayed them before wearing with Angelus protector so when I have gotten marks on them it cleans off fairly easily. I know the idea here is to just be able to throw them in the washing machine but I’m not a fan of that. I feel like they would lose shape, integrity, etc.

      I have been battling insertional Achilles tendonopathy for a few months and these don’t aggravate my condition which is a huge plus. For that reason I’m willing to overlook the cons. I’d recommend them if the things I mentioned don’t bother you.

      Classy Classic

      I am the “Legacy” fanatic, but decided to step out and try The Classic since it’s summertime. Really happy I did. Great shoe as far as comfort, color to go with a variety of fashions , medium width is perfect and good support. Love the shoe and highly recommend!

      I am IN LOVE with these shoes! They won me over with "no socks", rocking the rocks (cobblestone streets)!

      I am IN LOVE with these shoes! The first real test was my recent trip to Sayulita, Mexico - cobblestones galore! While it's a beach town, standard flip flops would be a nightmare to walk in (trust me, I've tried). Also, it's hot, so the last thing I want to be wearing is sneakers with socks. So what did I do? SUAVS with no socks! My SUAVS are white and while that would normally be a bad idea because: dust/dirt - As soon as I got home I took out the took out the insoles and tossed them in the washing machine. Voila! They were as good as new! I also get tons of compliments on them and rave about them when I do! What's next for me? Ordering a black pair... and maybe a blue pair too! ;-)

      Oops!

      While I appreciate that SUAVS exchanged the black and white Bartons from a size 9 to a size 8.5, when they arrived, I immediately wore them to an outdoor event, and then mid-afternoon, a friend said, "I love your BLUE & WHITE SHOES."

      They were supposed to be BLACK & WHITE!

      I NEVER wear blue. Always wear black & white and checkerboard.

      Hoping SUAVS will send me another pair in BLACK & WHITE.

      Cute, but I need socks with for the heel area

      I like the light gray gum-soled version. Very cute and casually sleek. My normal size 7 is the right length in this shoe. But for me the heel area slips too much unless I wear socks. (I have slightly fan-shaped feet, so this is not an unusual issue for me especially with slip-ons). With socks, the heel area is ok, albeit at first then a tad snug in the toe area, but that seems to adjust with wearing given the natural sweater-like stretch of the shoe. The Zilkers are a better, more flexible, secure fit for me overall, but as a change these slip-ons are pretty good as a fit after I add socks! I like the look and casual ease, and with socks the fit is fine for me.

      I might mention that I also tried the stripe version in same size, and with that shoe, the fit with socks was just a tad bit shorter and still slipping at the heel, enough that they weren’t comfortable enough. So I returned the striped version, but am keeping the light gray. Tiny differences in fit can make enough difference with tricky feet!

      Light & COMFY

      I love the Barton’s (this is my second pair) and they are so light and comfy! I only wish I could get them in white, navy, cream and a few other colors as well. I order this pair a half size larger than I normally wear and feel they are a bit loose, so I would recommend sticking with your usual size if you are wearing with a thin no show sock!

        Sweetness on repeat.

        Very happy!

        I did a lot of research and ended up going with these. Super happy with the purchase. They’re very comfortable and breathe well. Wish I could have gotten the inserts but they were sold out. Consider sizing down a half size if going without socks.

        Great color and Very comfy

        Very comfy shoe, love the more unique colors like this one. The 247s do fit bigger then the zilkers. I could have went down a size but the roomier size is fine also.
