Returns & Exchanges
Once you've received your order, you have a 30-day window to request an Exchange or Return.
- Make sure the product is in its original, unworn condition.
- Select the items you wish to return, and tell us why.
- Once you’ve requested a return, you have 15 days to ship the product back before the label expires.
- Box and ship items using a pre-paid label. The SUAVS shoebox can be re-used and resealed for shipping your return.
*Any item that has been worn, altered, damaged, or washed will not be eligible for a refund.
*Insoles and final sale items are not eligible for returns.
*If you have received defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise, please contact us directly at contact@suavs.com
SUAVS offers one free exchange per order to ensure you're satisfied with your purchase. For any additional exchanges, an $8 fee will be applied to cover shipping and handling. If you have any questions or need assistance with your exchange, please don't hesitate to contact our CX team
If you choose to return by your own means, please return your package via a trackable method to the address below. Be sure to include a copy of your email receipt (or a copy of your shipping confirmation email, and your order number) in your package. Please keep in mind, if you do not use the generated return shipping label, we will not be able to reimburse your return shipping costs.

We cannot guarantee your item will be found, and no compensation is provided for incorrect items sent to SUAVS. SUAVS has sole discretion over the handling and disposition of all items mistakenly sent to us.
